If Spurrier was still at UF, I guarantee you we'd still have the same number of MNC's we have right now.

He can flat out coach. What hes doing at USCe is damn amazing right now, considering their past history.

My fault. Didn't know we could just isolate a couple years and disregard the other 100 when making a case for which program is better. 3 in a row is impressive. That puts you only 25 away from tying the series. Good luck with that.

Since when did sucking donkey balls mean a conference championship and playing in the Orange Bowl? So what is second in your division and the Capital one bowl?

Since they lose 34-13 to this team

You realize their winning % for the 100+ games we've played is barely over .600, so 6-4 out of every 10, not so dominating.

Clemson does way less with way more. This has been a pattern for quite some time.

They were better 30 years ago. Awesome.

Klempsun sucks.

If you actually watched them, you would understand.

We also hold a lead in the series in basketball I believe. But you'd be hard pressed to find someone to say SC is a better basketball program than Clemson.

Well maybe when Purnell was at Clempson, but since they've hired their new coach we've both sucked and we've beaten him both those years so I'd say they're about equal in suckitude.

But the whole basis is apparently that it only counts if it happened more than 3-5 years ago.

Yea, 65 wins to 40 is real close. South Carolina is at the peak of their football success. The only thing they have to show for it is a few wins over Clemson. No BCS, no conference championship. Hell, when was the last time yall won a bowl game? Dabo is just getting his feet wet in Clemson.

No different than an LSU entity saying to a Bama entity, "We both got into the national championship game but the only difference is we beat you 9-6."

Yet LSU fans are butthurt over saying this.

I have said before and I'm saying it again. I hated U of F Spurrier but I love him now.

Wet with what? Gamecock arse kickings. You realize Dabo is 1-3 vs SC as a head coach? Including losing the last 3 by a combined 97-37 right?

Say what you want about our history, maybe next year history will help them score more than 2 offensive TDs over 8 QTs vs the Gamecocks.

Anyone who argues that Clempson is better with Dabo than we are with Spurrier is simply a fool who choose to ignore what has happened on the football field when these 2 lock horns. Not what happened years ago under previous administrations.

We're at our peak but its not like its all going to disappear next season. We've won a division title for the 1st time in history, and only our 2nd 10-win season in school history over the last 2 years. Sounds to me like thats headed in the right direction for those accomplishments that you mentioned. Our peak >>> Clemmons under Dabo

I don't like Spurrier, he's a smart arse and an embarrassment.

Glad he's not the HC at LSU.

Dabo should never get into a public spat with Steve. Spurrier has so much more experience at being a jackass, it's no contest.

That's pitiful. Spurrier has been reduced to talking shite about Clemson and winning the state championship of South Carolina.

Nesxt he'll send a few zingers to the YMCA of Columbia.

Did anybody expect Spurrier to stay at USC this long? I know I didn't. Love the guy more and more each year.
