Very true. He threw serious shade at UT over the years. More so than at FSU really.

He did, and I always thought he was funny. I cant hate on Spurrier, especially now that he's retired. And even if I could, the OBC obviously wouldn't give a single frick

He truly did throw a lot of shade at us over the years. Sending him out with back to back losses and what would have been 3 in a row had he not quit mid season was extremely satisfactory for me.

I'd be lying if I didn't say that it's a good feeling beating South Carolina, but for me, it was always being happier that we beat Spurrier more so than the team he was coaching. I love seeing him disappointed after a game after all the shite we went back and forth with him over the years on.
