For those interested, here's their preseason picks from last year.

Give em partial credit for picking the two CFP contenders (although picking the two teams who played for it all the previous season seems kind of lazy). But the rest of their rankings were, um, not so good.

I remember picking up this issue in a doctor's waiting room three weeks into the season, and noticed that some 17 or 18 of their top 25 had already lost a game

It's an exciting game, but really has minimal implications

Your prob right. I guess thats my LSU bias wanting to see them drop the game. But actually, do I?... The saban rage after an opening lost may kick that team into a gear that no one wants to see for the rest of the season... frick. Its a no win.

These guys have 2 sec teams in the top 10. The coaches have only have Bama. I understand that preseason polls don't matter and it does not upset me.It's just that after the bowl games, I thought we would be wise to over rating the Big 10. I know the SEC didn't do much better in bowls, and if they put three acc teams in the top ten, I would be ok with that. But they learned nothing from their mistakes last year. Oh well it does not matter where you start but where you finish.
