Honestly though, I don't give a shite about preseason rankings. The SEC brand still carries plenty enough weight to make a rise from even the bottom of the top 25 into the top 4 easily possible with a 12-1 or 13-0 regular season + SECCG. If we don't hit at least 12-1, we won't be in anyway. Preseason rankings are pretty much meaningless for the SEC.

I'd say you could be unranked preseason and still hit the top 4 if you do this.

And I like this poll. In reality, the Big 12 better get a title game. Arkansas would have to win the SEC, which I don't see happening, and Auburn will need even more luck than they had in 2013.
