All the shite they talked about our walk-on QB Stetson Bennett, that won two national championships, made it to New York as a Heisman finalist, and is the backup of Matthew Stafford. I’m not betting against Stetson taking that job after Stafford retires. Get the frick outta here with these idiots that say Stetsons old! Motherfricker earned his way into the position he’s In spot no# 2 . Fact is, everyone that replies negatively to this post would trade their QB in heartbeat for Stetson . Hey, I get it…everyone has their downfalls, but looks like he’s Matthew Staffords backup now. Kinda cool to learn the NFL from a former UGA Super Bowl qb can help learn. The way our fan base treated him was shitty, whether they like it or not. Fact is Stetson wasn’t backing down. Maybe that’s what he needed as motivation?

In the midst of a 15 year dynasty, a lot of Bama fans have forgotten how to respect the opponent. There is this baseline assumption that Bama is always the best team on the field and any loss or close win is a reflection of poor play by Alabama instead of a great game by a talented opponent.

The 35 and younger Bama fan doesn’t really understand that Bama has not always been what they are today.

ETA: I get what you are saying now, if Bama doesn’t beat the shite out of everyone, some trailer park murder is happening!

Spirit fingers are not supposed to occur during the Hog Call. Neither is a “wolf howl” type of sound. But whatever, at least we don’t take it so seriously that we start sticking thumbs up each other’s asses and jizzing in jars to “keep our traditions”. Miss the 90s.

Will be different now but the idiots who still didn’t understand the TV schedule and that the best SEC game of the week will be the afternoon CBS game. Would be a terrible weekend of games except for LSU-UGA, retards on the rant”Do you think it will be a night game?”

35 and was a freshman at Bama in 2006. Didn’t really remember the 92 title due to being 5. Alabama was never really anything special during most of my childhood, at least through high school. It was all about the good ole days, the bear, and how things used to be. Hell, that was also in the middle of auburns 6 game streak as well. I say that to say that this 35 year old is well aware of Bama not always being what they are now.

The abundance of gray hairs and handsitters who negate what homefield/court advantage could be.

Down by three? They start when the opposing team gets a first down.

People were calling for Jay Johnson to be fired after a weather delay.

that while we support our teams, some fans will go into "the sky is falling mode" when the littlest thing goes wrong. They still watch, but will make bad predictions so that when bad happens they can be the best fan by saying "I told you so, I knew it all along"

They complained about Dan's lazy recruiting for yrs yet act like the current staff walked into a talented team.

They dont expect either unit to have a good day at practice without the other being asscheeks.
If the Offense has a good day, its another yr of bad defense, if the defense stands tall, the offense is gonna suck under the current staff.
Cant say how many passes on air ive seen where our own fans are like ThAtS a PiC 6 iN sEc PlAy

This isn't unique, but the general fragility. Some of our fans will start to wax poetic about how cursed our lot in life is because we lose a game.

Yes…100%.

Georgia was much better when it was 1/2 South GA. Bunch of polite good looking women and farm boys with a sense of humor and appreciation for cheap beer.

More Lewis Grizzards and less Pat McAffee’s

Missouri has the most bandwagon, entitled fans.

Our sports writers encourage it lol.

All the middle aged fans who went to A&M during the late 80s through mid 90s run of dominating a crappy SWC full of mid major programs, and think that makes A&M a historic national title contending powerhouse that has just fallen on bad luck ever since. Those also happen to be the primary age range of message board posters, which explains a lot.

A&M is a historically good, not great, program. And that's ok.

The percentage of uptight, bitchy, easily offended low-T OU fans is too damn high.

State has a lack of bandwagon fans. I’d wager that over 90 percent of our fans have a tie to the school.

Which has hurt us because the passionate sidewalk fans are the ones that would have paid $180k for cam newton.
