Georgia '13

Murray was on fire that day and UGA puts at least 50 on the board if Gurley doesn't get hurt. LSU didn't give that away, Murray just made one more play than Mettenberger. It was a great, great QB duel.

You're right Dawg. Maybe 'give away' was not the right phrase.
That's one thing I won't miss about Chavis. Though he generally was a very good DC, for some reason under him LSU lost too many leads in the last two minutes of each half and thus, some very winnable games. (Not to spite Murray at all.)
When LSU took the lead on UGA with a minute to play, I thought we had it.

Edit: And before you furiously search for a gif of Spikes during the 09 Georgia game...I'm not the one calling players thug pieces of shite.

You might want to re-read my post.

I said the play. They will defend the play til the day they die.

Although he also is a tPOS, and so is Blackwell and Spikes.

The way that game went, when UGA scored with 1:50ish left to go up 3, I thought for sure they left way too much time.

What a great game that was (except OBJ dropping the punt).

Jimmy Johns - Talented player with horrible discipline issues that was booted from the team after being caught as a coke dealer.
