Really? I didn't realize you had made it to the Championship game that many times.

Yep. I assume you grew up an LSU fan so the idea that any other SEC school approaches LSU success is unthinkable. LSU is clear and away #1, but SC at #2 isn't as far away as LSU fans like to believe. Especially from an overall historical perspective.

Hey I'm not knocking your program at all. I did know USC had a strong baseball heritage but remember a lot of your Omaha success came before you guys joined the SEC so honestly just didn't that much attention to USC until you guys got in the SEC.

Oh I didn't mean to imply that you were. I guess the first time I came on the rant years ago under a different name (when there was no SECr to split the fan bases), discussing baseball with the general rant population was horrendous.. you would have assumed that no other SEC team had made it to Omaha except the Tigers. As such I have become defensive about it.

LSU in finals: 6-0
SC in finals: 2-4

True most LSU fans are very bamaesque when it comes to baseball.

What aggrevates me is people like the volenqueer fan and the other basketball people who are like "Baseball nobody cares"

I wanna go well you know what I don't give a frick about basketball at all. I haven't watched a game all year.

So if I wanna talk about baseball shut the frick up and stay in your basketball threads and I will stay in the baseball ones.

Yeah, a while back they used to make a point to women's bball attendance / ratings compared to college baseball.

1) I know they were just trying to annoy the baseball fans because their program was awful and their women were still dominating under Pat.
2) That may be true nationally but in the SEC baseball is the clear #3.
3) As the Vol program gets better they have gotten more on board with it.
4) SC dominates in women's basketball under Staley so they can bring that argument now if they want.

I mean its women's basketball for crying out loud. A sport that no one other than UT fans care about.

It's gymnastics at UGA
