Spectrum and Disney made a deal

ESPN and all the other channels are back. Yay I guess. Still switching to Hulu.

This is a Disney issue, not a carrier issue.
“ Disney is also implementing price increases across most of its streaming services to drive additional revenue.”
Disney would love for you to switch to Hulu, why? They own Hulu.
That’s the reason they are hiking the price to companies like Spectrum, to move you over.
Charter, who owns Spectrum, Is paying Disney more than $2.2 billion annually for the right to carry ABC, ESPN, FX.

And they've been losing their butts on Disney+ and owe a bunch of money for Hulu.

Just in time for Monday Night Football.

You would almost think the deal suddenly happened because Disney/ESPN own the rights to MNF.
