Everyone named in the Fluker scandal was out of school except for Tennessee's Mo Couch. Those guys didn't have to talk and the source said he wouldn't talk to the NCAA. Mo admitted fault and lost his eligibility. What made it so bad is others took more and got caught, lied, and got a few games at most. However, I think Mo's problem was that so many SEC players were named. We also weren't in a position to defend him (IIRC we still had minor probation and Mo just wasn't worth it).
