I've skipped every wedding I've been invited to during football season, besides my brothers, which was USC (whatever year Pollack stripped the ball away)

I am getting married on LSU bye week. My fiance is from Cali and her parents wanted to do it out there but she knew better than to schedule it on a week with a game. It actually works out great, I'll be going to A & M game in College Station Saturday before wedding, wedding in Los Angeles the next weekend (bye week), surprise destination honey moon all following week, and then get back Friday night before Bama game in time to tailgate and go to Bama game.

I hope your wife is cool with the fact that your anniversary won't always fall on a bye week!

Scheduled mine for this Saturday coming up for that express purpose.

Now, missing the first home game because I'm in Fort Walton will suck. But at least I'll have a decent turnout.

My best friend scheduled his for the sat of the Washington game. I convienced him to have his batchelor party as a tailgate and go to the north Texas game. He rented out a place and will have the game on the tv for the rececption still can't understand why he scheduled it during football

at times like that you have to ask wwhd.

with all trees dead wedding pics would be ruined so wedding has to be postponed.

Just wait... This is our first football season as parents. Logistical nightmare arranging childcare. Had to build a damn sign-up spreadsheet and send to all the in-laws. Unfort most will be at most of the games so over-the-weekend childcare is going to keep me in the nuts.
