I guess I still view Bama's secondary as a bit of a liability. Really just hope Mizzou threatens because I want to see a good game.

Could definitely see it being close.

Bama 42
Mizzou 10

Sims throws for 350+ yards, something like 18 of 25.
Coop has 12 catches for 150 yards.
Yeldon and Henry each have 100 yard games.
No missed FGs 'cause we scoring TDs.

Mauk will have less than 150 yards passing.
Mizzou will have less than 100 yards rushing.

Nah, Alabama's secondary performance against Auburn was merely a ploy to boost the draft stock of Duke and Sammie assuring that they both declare early this year. Plan worked to perfection.

Saban plays the long game.

Mizzou makes 50 yard field goal in the last seconds of the 4th quarter for the win 30-28.

Alabama by 5 TD's and that might be at the half. Pinkel gets ejected mid way through 3rd qtr for crying on the field.

Mizzou 34
Alabama 9

Tide can't handle the Tiger's SEC speed on defense.

Mizzou keeps it close for 3 quarters, but Bama blows it up late. 45-21

Lot of respect for the Mizzou D, but I just don't think their offense can generate enough points.

Bama 30
Mizzou 16

Bama wins 41-14 running away once they realize they shouldn't be knotted up 14-14 with a team like Mizzou in the 2nd Qtr.

Southeastern is one word and Southeastern Conference is spelled SEC.

Homer pick 27-23 Mizzou
Brain pick 30-24 Bama

Either way, think the spread is out of line at -14.

I really don't see this happening. Mizzou is built more like Ole Miss than Texas A&M. That much is evident for people that watch other SEC games. You would need 5 turnovers to hit 45. Could happen, but just not likely at all.

Homer pick: 27-24 Mizzou
Smart pick: 31-21 Alabama
