It was a great, historic, win by the MSU women ... we were pulling for them.
But they caught UConn looking ahead to the Gamecocks.
When was the last time MSU women beat the Lady Gamecocks? It wasn't during any of their three chances last season.
Cudos to MSU for their great season though.

Te'a Cooper should've been a Lady Gamecock straight outta HS. I got that her mother ran track at UT and all ... but it was Diamond Deshields, who we turned away, who turned her to UT.
Jolette Law is a HUGE hire. That woman can flat out recruit. I would imagine she'll be one of Dawn's assistants on the Olympic team as well. She's been there before ... were not she and Dawn on the same Olympic team back in the day?
Helluva coaching team just assembled.

Man, I'm not trying to be an a-hole, but who gives a shite? Really? I know some people give hell to those that care about baseball more than they do, but that stems from their schools not being good at baseball. LSU is good at womens basketball and has a good history too, but who gives a damn? We arent going to go brag about taking an assistant coach from another team and a transfer player.

Uh, yeah tennessee does most certainly hold an edge over south carolina in women's bb. They're one of the 2 teams you should think of when you think of women's basketball, the other being uconn.
