South Carolina WBB fans, do you feel like your team is being disrespected by the media?

I ask this question with the utmost respect.
For the past two days, the media has been all over Iowa and LSU, but they’ve said next to nothing about the other three teams in the Final Four. It’s strange to me that the best program in WBB today, the undefeated SEC champs who are going to their fourth straight Final Four and for their second championship in three years, is getting next to no coverage from the national media.
Do you feel like your team is being disrespected by the fact that everybody is talking more about a team that didn’t even make the Final Four than your own? Or maybe you feel like it’s a great position to be in that all the attention is going elsewhere, leaving the undefeated SEC champs with less distractions.
Again, I ask this with nothing but respect. I’m pulling for y’all the rest of the way. I’ll hang up and listen, good luck Lady Cocks!

No. I hope they keep focusing on CC and the Bueckers girl. We don't have a true superstar, but we literally have 9 players who could start for almost any team in the country.

South Carolina was given a cake walk - played nobody. They would never have gotten past Colorado, UCLA, Iowa, LSU or UConn. So you’re lucky they made it this far.

They can’t possibly beat Iowa. Iowa is so much better and has all the intangibles. SC may as well not even show up. - Jimmy V.

I feel like UConn has been disrespected all season.
It'll be a SC vs UConn final.
I wish it would be Iowa but it's gonna be UConn.
NC State, their star player #22 Rivers, she was on our last National Championship team .... she transfered to NC State for more playing time and to be closer to home. We've not missed her at all.
As most analysts will say, have said, we have two starting five on our bench ... 9 Mickey D's All-Americans with two or three more coming next year.

We've beaten LSU 18 times in a row. UCLA 3 or 4 times in a row if my memory serves me ... in the past few years. Iowa (Clark) beat us last year in the Final Four by 3. (Iowa/Clark beat LSU the other day by what, 12? 14?) I think we've beaten UConn the past three or four years in a row. I can't remember if we've ever played Colorado .... I remember they put it on LSU earlier this season, was it Gm 1? They were unranked at the time if I remember correctly.

No. They literally talked non stop about SC during the SEC tournament. The buzzer beater against Tennessee and the shoving match against LSU. They've just had an easier run through the NCAA tournament so there hasn't been as much to talk about. If they meet Iowa in the National championship it'll probably break the viewership record.

Oh, sorry. My bad young man. I quit watching with a minute and something to-go ... LSU was down by 12 or 14 or something like that. It was over when I quit watching. In all honesty, it had been over pretty much since halftime.

I'm good with it. Let them pay attention to someone else so our team can focus on the task at hand. Really want another shot at Iowa though.

What a dumb thread. If anything it helps them. It puts the pressure squarely on Iowa and could be a motivating factor for scar
