Also each game we missed a couple of field goals after having Randy Bullock the previous year.

Bruh, Aggy still would've lost against LSU regardless of who your kicker was. One of them was far from being an automatic distance and LSU missed one kick too. Plus, the last touchdown was a mercy touchdown we allowed.

This garbage pissed me off:

The referees apparently looked the other way just like Penn State's head man. Also, frick NaVorro Bowman.

Well I think a loss to LSU still would've sent us to the championship game since we eventually accomplished what you couldn't. We did miss a couple against Florida though.

Sarge, if defense didn't matter, Sumlin's A&M teams would have won almost all of their games. Unfortunately, the team will be required on occasion to prevent McCarron from throwing 80 yard touchdowns.

point is that fortys assertion is that they made mistakes that gave us the game, when the only time our lead was in danger was because of our mistakes that game them big/lucky plays.

None the less, we have beaten Bama recently; how bout you?

Letting UT convert the 4th and 18 in the 5th OT.

Mark Ingram's fumble that rolled 30 yards down the sideline without bouncing out of bounds.

Wondolowski missing the goal in the last minutes of regulation vs. Belgium.

The German player stopping the ball with his arm on the goal line in 2002.

Charlie Davies drinking his arse off then crashing his car right before the World Cup.

AU 2010. Nick Fairley bodyslamming JJ still makes me want to throw a remote at my TV.

I won't argue on this, Chavis whipped us straight up.

you said in any sport so here goes. circa 1987 - softball. my team was very good and we went to state tourney and played our butts off.

another team from my hometown went as well. we had beaten them at least 3- i think 4- games that season. they pulled the 2 best players in the league from another team that didn't make state tournament- they sat their own players to play these two girls. (i was friends with half their team and the 2 girls from the other team too, so i have no bitterness to the kids involved). they beat us by 1 run and knocked us out of the tourney. i still can't stand the coach who did that. talk about holding a grudge.

Congrats on beating them recently. LSU is on a losing streak to Bama but even beating them won't validate LSU's season. LSU's season will be validated by winning the division, conference, and hopefully the national title. But good one. You beat a good team three years ago.

No, I didn't for at least two reasons. One, I have no idea what you are talking about. Two, unless it bears on what I just said, it doesn't matter.

Texas A&M 2012. But the game doesn't bother me as much as what happened near the end. Texas A&M somehow went full retard on their final drive and didn't get a first down near their own goal line. They had to punt, and it was about to go all nice and peachy until some dumb frick got an offsides penalty that GAVE A&M the ball with like 40 seconds left! I would've at least wanted to know that we didn't beat ourselves at the end of that game.

I was thinking that exact game, but for a different reason. Nuss' play calling on the final drive was stupid as hell. Lacy was running all over them in the 4th. And we passed it three times on third and goal.
