Not making a single excuse for my team, because its happening all over the SEC, but this is pathetic and very unwatchable. If you arent a fan of the certain team, you arent watching these crap fest.

The foul calls are even so in no way am I saying Lsu is getting screwed. But this is the product I am watching tonight

SOME LSU fans are blaming the refs for the score. They aren't totally wrong though. And OP is absolutely correct. Officiating is awful, and it's happened to every single one of our teams. We're averaging a foul a minute and it's turning basketball into who shoots free throws better.
It's awful.

So you aren't actually watching the game... Neither team is getting fricked, calls are going against both teams. The game hasn't gone past 20 seconds without a whistle, it really is painful to watch.

Yeah they implemented rules to increase freedom of movement. There are going to be some growing pains. As long as the officials are consistent on both ends it shouldn't be a big deal. We will get a better product in the long run.

Backups are great to watch and all, but when both teams' star players are sitting with 2 fouls it's a poor product to watch. Nationally people are tuning in to see Simmons.

We had 73 combined fouls in our game against Memphis. It's awful. Especially if teams play aggressively.

Yeah they implemented rules to increase freedom of movement. There are going to be some growing pains. As long as the officials are consistent on both ends it shouldn't be a big deal. We will get a better product in the long run.

Honestly it's both ways. LSU and USCE are both getting awful calls.

frick you. There were more than enough bull shite fouls that were called on South Carolina. This isn't about tonight, this is about reputation. SEC officials are absolutely TERRIBLE, and college basketball officials are terrible.

You can play defense without fouling. It is possible.
The NBA did exactly this. They can, surprisingly, still play defense.
