They dressed in the pharmacy building and received flu shots. We're trying to make the world a healthier place.

They are missing the cheese.. I though MSU gave all big celebs cheese when they go down there.

Very nice choice. However, I prefer Pappy Van Winkle

I think all bourbon is cheap stuff, regardless of the cost. I'm not trying to sound ritzy, but I'm just not a big fan of bourbon.
I have the same taste. I only drink bourbon as a change of pace from scotch, so the idea of bourbon elitism is a bit foreign to me.
Now I'll jump right into an argument about Lagavulin vs Balvenie...

Bastard . At least you could buy it. Kentucky acquaintances swear by it and sent me on a snipe hunt. I've looked - it just ain't here. It also ain't across the river in hedonistic Louisiana. God hates me. Knob Creek for me.

Everyone can agree on the damn fine cheese made at MSU. Going to pick up a block of jalapeño cheddar tomorrow.

In my limited bourbon experience, I find Four Roses small batch to be outstanding for the price.

It isn't a surprise that MSU and A&M have this in common with the ag background. Back in the dinosaurs-roamed-the-Earth days when I was in school, the Ag school produced excellent cheese and ice cream. I've no idea whether ice cream is still a staple for students - Blue Bell may have taken over. But I'm pretty sure the excellent cheese is still there.

Hadn't tried Lagavulin until a few months ago. Extremely smoky, at first I didn't know how I felt about it but it really grew on me.

I've nothing against Four Roses at all and if it's just me drinking, it works just fine if Knob Creek is sold out. If bourbon-drinking company is coming I'll spend twice as much on Blanton's. But I'd really like to try Pappy van Winkle some day. After a 10-yr quest it appears I'll have to move north to get it, and I ain't moving up there with those Ole Miss Yankees. I have my standards.

You can find Pappy if you're willing to drop $200 for it.
I've only had it by the glass and I'm still not sure it was worth $25 a glass.

I'll do pretty much anything once, but it is nowhere to be found here in the sticks.

Haven't you heard? Ole Miss is the Mississippi elite. All their grads make top $$$ and you only go there if you're rich!
Yet somehow the only school in the conference that has a smaller endowment is also a Mississippi school!!
Their favorite color is red because that's the color of the credit card statements those broke frickers get each month from trying to be something they're not.
