Not that you give a shite, but your post in Maximus' film breakdown the other day was excellent.
I didn't want to drag it back up, and ran out of time to respond when reading it.

I thought he was referring to the building you're sitting in now. I assumed it was a job trailer.
FWIW, I hate renovation jobs. As-builts usually suck and most architects don't know how to handle them properly. Are y'all just dressing up the finish or are you doing any structural modifications.

Memphis, the only asbestos found was the insulation on the plumbing pipe elbows.
Yeah it's been a pain my arse for three weeks. Repointing all the brick on the outside. Replacing a lot of broken Spanish tiles on the roof. New flat roof. All the windows are getting replaced. Adding on a lobby. Gutting the inside. Slight structural modifications in the basement. And yeah the architect did half arse job. It's a cool arse building though.

Yep. shite, my IT guys are happy if I only break 1 laptop/keyboard per year.
This year, it has been two laptops. Last year it was 1 laptop and 1 keyboard.
