I was under the impression that this figure dropped dramatically just by waiting until 12/1...down to around the 7MM level. Seems foolish to pull the trigger now if that be true unless they know they are going to get to void a good portion of it because of the NCAA investigation.

It was always a monthly thing, not a set figure.
