Who possibly could be clean, except schools that didn't win very many basketball games?

Apparently that's what it took to sign highly rated players. I'm sure that there were a few that totally steered clear of that whole aspect, but probably not even half - of the kind of player who makes teams that go deep in the Tournament or who are future NBA players.

Literally how can any of them not be involved, or at least have players who could be shown to have received money outside NCAA guidelines, regardless of whether the school knew anything?

I think if they really go in deep and dry, college athletics as we know it could be in for a rude shock.
I have said this for years to friends:
1. "Michael Irvin and Deon Sanders ruined sportmanship in college football."
2. Phil Knight and Michael Jordan ruined college sports and are a plague on society. Air Jordan madness, people getting killed over a damn pair of shoes. Note the looting in Houston, hauling them KICKS back to the Hood!

They used to give me a hard time about it, now they are beginning to see it. I am not talking baws in the swamp either. Educated, articulate people in places of power in a couple of states.
