Oh we are....This is going to be fun watching Chavis and A&M turn on each other when the judge drops the hammer on him.

The facts are that no one is turning on anyone but LSU

So you think a judge will be fine with Chavis recruiting for aTm while still under contract with LSU.

Since the suit will be made in Brazos County and not Baton Rouge Parrish, unlike a certain lawsuit in the mid-90's...

This matter settles out of Court. LSU gets an agreement from A&M to pay some money. It's nowhere even CLOSE to $400k. Lawyers get paid. LSU continues to melt down for the next 10 years.

Its precious that you dumbasses still think we give a rats arse about loosing Chavis. There was never any melt and the only thing your going to see in the near future is more pancaked A&M players laying on their back. "Were gonna git you next year"!!! LOL

QUE: Look hes melting post. I wanted to post this after so yall could get started.

Y'all talk as if this is some sort of surprise to A&M, as if A&M wasn't included in Chavis' pre-litigation planning.

So Chavis an AtM conspired with each other before the lawsuit?

This gonna be fun

Miles and LSU began looking for and signing a new DC before Chavis' contract was actually terminated, by LSU's own terms. All the while A&M never officially announced Chavis as the DC till mid February.

So LSU can't conduct a search when an employee gives a resignation notice? You have to wait until that employee is actually gone? What world do you faggies live in?
