If A&M doesn't get stuffed on the run, MU-A&M should be a shootout

SOOO, you beat trash teams, beat decent teams and lost to the only REAL GOOD team you played....

did you capitalize "real good" to emphasize how good they are or were you being sarcastic?

I'll go with the latter.

eta - I will admit that 2 people from the east have made my jimmies uncomfortable.

1 is Steve Spurrier....he's washed up.

2 is Tebow....I still hate that motherfricker.

Look, congrats on winning 10 games, but it really is the perfect situation for Mizzou to be in with the traditional powers down.

So if its Florida and Georgia winning and Mizzou and USCe were in the positions that those two are in currently then things would be "normal" as Georgia and Florida are "expected" to be there.

I cant believe some of you are so bent in your ways that you fail to see the failure in that logic.

I dont care. It makes some of you sound like bitter rustled up dicks struggling to fight change that has already come and will never go back the "way it was"

1 good season, THAT ISN'T over will not replace those teams.

Hell, Ark went to a BCS bowl once.

Congrats.

It's called being consistent.

Your presence here suggests otherwise.

LSU is a middle of the pack SEC team this year. Its cool. There is always next year man. Just be optimistic and look to improve on that 4-3 conference record.

I'm not confident in the fighting Manziels beating Missouri.

Me either. I feel like the OM-Mizzou game was our last chance.

Sure Manziel might be able to score because he has the ability to allude which might negate one of Mizzou's biggest strengths (the DEs) but even if he can I don't think A&Ms defense will be able to stop Mizzou.

Dude, the amount of injuries UF and UGA suffered this year was epic and USC lucked out in the cross division games they pulled this year.

Props to Mizzou but starting threads like this will only make it worse when you do lose, and you will....

It was a stupid thread to start, but EVERYONE loses eventually.

Every team we've played has started threads like this, so big fricking whoop.

Georgia and Florida are down? Good. They didn't recruit adequate SEC depth, I guess. Sucks 2B them.

It will be a good game.

My reasoning is that the secondary is the weakest point on the Mizzou team and the strongest point for A&M.

I could easily see a shootout..

I don't know of many teams that could replace all the NFL talent to the draft AND injuries like UGA.

It is what it is, but UGA got hit hard with key injuries..

Things change. You think Florida was always a "power" or LSU? Bama has had extended down periods. Tennessee is going through one now.

Mizzou might not have been in BCS bowls, should have been but whatever, but they have put up multiple 10 win seasons over the last 8-9 years. This isnt something "new" or out of the blue. Problem lies in the fans that just didnt know or care about Mizzou and were overly cocky.

Looks like a dose of reality was served this season about what Mizzou football is about and what they are capable of doing in this conference.

How you all feel the need to spin shite to placate your own BS or to help mask your rustled jimmies is up to you in the end.

No non big Six team has won the SEC in close to half a century. There is a pecking order in the SEC. There are haves and have nots. The have nots can rise temporarily when: the traditional powers are down like UF and Tennessee, have an elite coach like Petrino with Arky, or have a transcendent talent like Manziel. When Florida goes back to being Florida things will be tougher in the East.

The amount of injuries that Mizzou suffered last year was "epic" as well.

Does that fact take away from Florida's or Georgia's season last year?

I will just sit back and laugh as some of you keep trying to wrap your head around the fact that Mizzou's football program just might be able to compete in this good ole boys club you all have.

Its fricking hilarious.

Let the rustling continue.

you do know that there was a "big 5" before florida broke through in the 90s. You act like it has never been done before
