I don't know what they're willing to go to, but both the Chancellor, Loftin (formerly at A&M) and the new AD, Rhoades (formerly of Houston) have both made pretty strong comments about having to invest in baseball, particularly being in the SEC. They obviously didn't specifically talk about coaching, but one would presume it would include that along with the facilities that they did specifically mention.

Why dont you guys steal SLUs AD. It seems like they always get good coaches and it seems like he has the appropriate Missouri connections. I'm sure he is paid next to nothing

Our current AD is heads and shoulders better than the SLU AD. Jim Crews? I guess he's a fine hire for SLU but no thank you. Who else? I believe Rick Majerus was the hiring of the prior AD there. Hendrickson? He's from St. Louis so was a pretty obvious choice. Beyond that, what hires does the SLU AD have to make? They have no football. Soccer? WBB? Volleyball?
