I think he's right, myself. No way LSU's defense bends against UGA's mediocre offense. I see a 24 to 10 game myself.

Coach Rick cried after the game. Looked and sounded like a guy who has been under pressure and fighting for his job. As entertaining a game as yesterday's was, and sure, a big win for Georgia ... it's September. Long way to go. UGA will not win out, the emotional rollercoaster will bite them. I actually did not have a good feeling about the game beforehand, but gained confidence after seeing the entire Georgia team dancing on the sidelines in the friggin first half. At that point I thought we'd win ... but it didn't work out that way. Certainly the game could've gone either way. At this point, the important thing is to see how both teams react and play the rest of the year. I think if Coach Rick and his juvenile emotional tactics continue, GA will fall.

Juvenile emotional tactics

Nice. Accusing Coach Richt of juvenile emotional tactics after showing a bit of class and speaking positively about two young men he clearly cares about, all while calling him "Coach Rick" like an idiotic two year old. Pot, meet kettle.

Richt was emotionally invested in this game and he was spent by the time it was over. You could tell he truly cares for both Mett and Murray. Very classy for the coach to put his arm around Mett and congratulate him on an outstanding game.
