This story keeps taking turns. Wonder if this hurts Carter’s draft stock at all?

Hmm...sounds like he straight up lied to the police. That'll play well I'm sure.

Lied to the police about being present, then later admitted to driving alongside at 83 MPH, fleeing the scene, and returning later

Theoretically, guy should face some relatively serious punishment for endangering the public, participating in an illegal activity which resulted in multiple deaths, fleeing the scene, and lying to the police. In real life, he'll go from #1 pick to #5 pick and go on to earn millions of dollars.

Sounds like some of the defensive starters from last season had a propensity for driving way too fast. Unfortunately, a teammate and staffer lost their lives due to similar mistakes so hopefully they’re able to learn from that extremely painful lesson.

Unlikely, he was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Sadly I do hope some lessons are learned from this.

I mean he fled the scene of a crime and then lied to police.

There was a group going to the Waffle House at the intersection of Gaines School Road and Barnett Shoals.

They arrived at the scene after the vehicle ran off the road and called 911.

ChiGator can speculate all he wants. I drive on that stretch all the time and I'm more convinced that deer played a part in the accident.

I hate when those damn deer always smash into my car at 3am when I’m racing my buddy after leaving a strip club

Following your teammates to waffle house isn't a crime, is it? I don't think you're obligated to stay at the scene of a crash as a witness.

If they were racing at 80+ mph, he should face the consequences of that decision.

There are several pocket areas of Athens that have active deer movement late at night.

The Tallassee Road area is the most dangerous becasue of the numbers involved. The Forest Hills area is dangerous when strays get stuck on the 10 Loop because of the 65 mph speed limit. The Research Drive pocket area is dangerous because the deer venture out to graze and cross Barnett Shoals on that very same stretch of road.

Warrant is out for his arrest. He and Chandler LeCroy were apparently both going over 100mph and she had a BAC of .197. Such sad and moronic decisions leading to loss of life.

UGA with an off season Fulmer can be proud of and it's barely March.

Dumbass was going to be the first pick of the Chicago Bears. Wonder if that changes.
