I don't want him. At all. Period. But if it happens, I gotta make the best of a fricking terrible situation. Turning it around to laugh at UT seems to be a perfectly acceptable way to do this.

You can probably go back and read some good flames from Bama fans from when Saban was at LSU as well. I fail to see your point. Kiffin is an a-hole who I would not want running the Bama football program, but if he can run an effective offense, recruit and keep his damn opinion out of the media I am fine with him coming to Bama.

Attaching HC failures and issues to him I think is unfair, he's not going to be HC. The big question for me is, can he develop a QB? Has he actually done this?

Maybe. Chow trained Leinhart and won NC in 2004 with him. Chow then left in the spring of 2005. Did Kiffin 'develop' Leinhart for 2005 season.? Maybe but probably not.

Well, who knows. LSU is having the same issue (to a lesser degree) with the OL coach. Can Mawae (if hired) actually teach the position or not? Only way to find out is hire him and give him a shot. Can Kiffin actually develop a QB (which will be known next year since AJ is gone)? One sure way to find out and here we go.

Was Kiffin that "bad" at Tennessee, or did he leave before the honeymoon was over?

We need PWJ to come explain all this bed swapping.

I'm definitely waiting for another "allowed their hands on his fleshy parts" metaphor.

He was really bad from a PR standpoint for sure. He won some games and took the national champions from that year (Alabama) to the wire.

I don't want him, but it's looking more and more like we getting him.
