It was quite amazing what he did with lowly South Carolina. Just imagine what he could do at a blue blood program. There are a few openings I do believe that will entice him.

Does he leave?

Frank Marin does not strike me as the "Blue Blood" type. He is a hell of a coach and obviously is the reason SC made it to the final four. He got the most out of those players that any coach could. That is the type of coach he seems to be take some decent players and make them great. I dont think he would do well dealing with a bunch of Prima Donnas at a Blue Blood School.

Frank Martin hired at KSU to keep Bill Walker and Michael Beasley after Bob Huggins left. So he has plenty of experience dealing with "prima donna" players.

Not saying he will bolt for another job, but he's a good coach who isn't a bad recruiter either. Probably won't pull classes like Kentucky or UNC either, but he's rubbed elbows with some big name recruits in the past.

What jobs have a head coach opening and what has he done before this year? I think this was the first time the ever made it to the elite 8 .

He'll leave eventually. Not sure where though or what motivates his decisions. He is from Miami, FL and is the son of Cuban immigrants so the Hurricane job could appeal to him one day.

The biggest problem for carolina is that they're in the same division as kentucky and florida. Now you know damn well kentucky isn't going any where and florida looks like they're back. They picked a horrible time to try and elevate their program. I don't think martin is going anywhere bc south carolina will treat him very well and he will have job security there for a long time. I don't see them sustaining the success they had this year though for the reason I stated.

advancing to the big dance is the goal. It is not like in FB where the SEC winner is more than likely going to the final 4. Duh.

Jesus guy. All you do is troll and belittle other programs and their fans. You are the most insecure poster here and that says a lot. You think your childish antics make you look cool but consider this: all of your peers in this community view you as a bitch and a douche. Go frick yourself.
