What does the Braves losing have anything to do with CFB? And more importantly- what does the Braves losing have to do more with Georgia than the state of South Carolina? Yall all Cardinals fans? Otherwise I see it carrying over absolutely zilch.

Both fanbases have a high amount of Braves fans. Braves lost. Both fanbases have pissed off fans, and they take their frustrations to the college level.

I'm drunk, so pardon the abrasiveness.
But, I have to disagree. I think besides creating a topic for tailgate talk, it has zero effect.
Besides the LSU, Missouri, and Kentucky fanbases, I'd wager that the majority of each SEC school is Braves fan. 80% of Chipper Jones jersey sales the past month were outside the state of Georgia. I just don't find yalls matchup more noteworthy than any other SEC matchup for the same question.
