Cam newton was worth a 10 point difference in college. Incredible year he had. Too bad he cant quite cut it in the pros.

Well....maybe? I think we will know more at the end of the season, don't you think? 
They certainly do look very good right now, and they look like they were underrated. But, i will withhold my opinion until they play LSU, Alabama and Georgia.
Personally? I think they win 1 of those, but could very well win two.

shite, I am not surprised but I am impressed by Auburn and Nix so far. I keep waiting for him to have that freshman shits the bed game, but it hasn't happened yet. Florida is road kill this weekend. I can't wait to see what Auburn does with LSU, UGA, and Bama. This will be one helluva stretch run this season for the SEC West.

I mean right now Auburn looks great, and I think they are legit better than 16 and might be top 10 or even top 5.
But they still have Florida, Alabama, Georgia and LSU left. Guessing they will win 2-3 of those, but if they were to fall apart and lose them they could end up right about where they were ranked.
Just about every team out there has run into a rough patch and lost several games at one time or other.....Auburn included.
