Smoked Christmas ham ....

Glaze consisting of some Woodford Reserve, brown sugar, brown mustard and some other things. Smoke for three hours over a pan filled with apple cider and chopped up apples and oranges.

Cook for two hours, then cover with foil for the final hour, then serve.

I put a turkey on the smoker at 11 am yesterday. It's still out there.

Was gonna smoke one but it’s pouring out and didn’t want to fight with all that.

Instead put it in the Ninja PossibleCooker (think fancy crockpot with sear and braise functions) with some vegetable broth and a honey glaze. Turned out pretty damn good.

I've got 9lbs of standing rib roast in the smoker right now. I splurge on Christmas dinner.

Very good but I would hope you saved some of the Woodford Reserve for a little sipping on the side.
