Alabama has the most talent of any roster in college football this season. They are #1 for a reason in the pre-season polls. We'll find out very soon if that ranking is warranted as the Tide plays a Top 3 team to begin the season.

I believe that pick plays should be called like targeting plays meaning that intentional doing a rub route is penalized as a pick route. Targeting the intent can be flagged so I think intent on rub routes should be flagged.

I think you should be able challenge and review one penalty per game with an independent official.
Also there's no reason the playoff games should not have handpicked officiating crews.
