Maine. They have proven they can hang with the best.

UVA and OU for the SEC

If given the chance, OU would say goodbye in a heartbeat to both Texas and Okie State.

Texas and Notre Dame for a personal choice.

I'd like to see WVU and a flagship from the ACC. No more talk of small schools, including TCU, ECU or even Miami.

UNC and UVA easily

to hell with Virginia Tech

You are a smart man.
Both are good in basketball, one of which is a blueblood. Both are good in baseball, one of which just won the CWS.
We also would only need one or two more schools to start men's soccer, for the SEC to sponsor the sport.

North Carolina and Virginia make the most sense geographically. That would give the SEC every state school in a block from Virginia to Missouri down to Louisiana. However they are the 2 flagship ACC schools and won't leave. If expansion happens, it's going to be Oklahoma and Virginia Tech. I don't think Texas would eliminate their Longhorn Network to come and I think the SEC would take Va Tech over West Virginia.

Let's go international.

Manchester United
Real Madrid

This would establish our men's soccer as the best in NCAA.

Expand to 32 teams, it's America. Troy, south Alabama, UAB, Georgia state, Georgia Southern, etc
