Shouldn’t Florida be the highest ranked SEC team?

I know they haven't looked great on O, but leaving all subjectivity aside; 6 SEC teams are in the BCS top 10, this is their records against each other:

Bama 1-1
UGA 1-1
Florida 3-1
LSU 2-2
aTm 1-2
Carolina 1-2

The only winning record, and a lead by at least 2 games over anyone. I root for LSU but can’t argue with results.

Not to anyone that watched the ULL game.

Yes and no. They looked unbeatable a few weeks ago but damn near lost to freaking ULaLa on Saturday. UGA seems to have stolen the UF mojo this year. Unfortunately I think Florida State is going to roll it up on Gata, though I will be rooting for SEC.

We have the best defense for sure. Our offense has been atrocious, with the OL injuries we have suffered after SC. Our OL was good not great, and with 3 or 4 starters out, we are just bad.

If we can get healthy again, we can play with anyone, but now without Jeff probably until bowl time, it will be an adventure. The QBs cannot develop running for their lives, and we don't have any WRs that are reliable. We are what our record indicates, but we will see if we can get healthy enough to finish the season as we should.

Florida has been sensational this season knowing where they came from, but their grasp in any game is tenuous because of depth issues that persist and an offense that is not so much feast or famine as it is famine. They will have their hands full with the fighting Jimbo's. That will tell a lot.

GAg has not stolen any mojo dude. Knee and ankle problems in our OL explain our problems.

After watching them play UGA, Mizzou, and ULL I would say NO

If UF beats FSU and finishes 4-1 against teams currently in the BCS top 10, they HAVE to finish the regular season ahead of ANY team with a Loss not named UGA (if they only have 1L).

UF over FSU is looking problematic.

This isn't the same team that got those good wins. We've been decimated by injuries and our offense, even when relatively strong, seems to be regressing. FSU will probably put this debate to rest, sadly.
