I agree. Also the problem with bad breath in football is widespread. Can you imagine the smell of a 350 pound lineman almost nose up on you with bad breath? If any ref gets a whiff of this infraction it should be a 15 yd penalty and loss of down. I think the "scope" of this is beyond imagination.
