I never said it wasn't a bad call. PP7 intercepted the ball and the replay officials made a terrible mistake. You guys are just convinced that Bama is the only one who gets favorable calls. We've had our fair share of bad calls too. This thread is about baseball and how unfair it is to Bama and Auburn and if you don't think it is unfair then you are the idiot.

Also make it fair for teams like Bama and Auburn due to the lottery. It's just not fair and you guys know it isn't.

You may be right but this shite is why college baseball is not very popular.

Well that and it isn't on national tv, nor does ESPN, Fox, other media outlets talk about it, nor does the paper or internet do a good job keeping up with it..... I mean hell sometimes on lsusports.net it takes them a couple days to update the baseball stats

Not gonna happen.
Minor league system is better for player development than the college game.
Northern schools will never care about college baseball unless season is moved back.

States with lottery are able to award extra academic lottery scholarships. This means extra schollys given to teams like UGA, UF and LSU etc. It's unfair, period.

Well who says your shithole state can't throw up a casino?

Why should LSU penalize stellar students who just happen to be good baseball players?

PP7 wasn't 3 feet in bounds, it was the right call, didn't have control and it should have PI on him anyway.

UGA fans needs to STFU, the tipped pass call was bullshite and keep UGA in the game. It was way more of a bad call and had much more of an impact on the game. Oh and your QB shouldn't go after the defender who intercepted his pass if he doesn't want to get his clock cleaned or maybe try flag football instead.

This. Talent development is better in the minors, so pro teams won't require HS seniors to go to college.

This is true. The NFL looks at college football as its minor/developmental league.

NBA has college basketball (at least has one and done).

Baseball has the minor leagues.

You're right but only because, much like normal humans, he only has two feet. They were both in bounds.

Too stupid to do something smart like that. AL enjoys being backwards and being able to say "thank god for Mississippi").

This. No need to slow down the development of a player just so you can hear a few more pings.

It's fitting that a Bama fan comes in asking for the whole NCAA and MLB to change the rules for college baseball just so they can compete.

Why can't you compete with the current rules like LSU, Arkansas, USCe, etc. Hell even Mississippi St out paces Bama in baseball. It is pretty shocking actually.

How many scholarships given out to Louisiana students each year are funded in some way by the lottery?

ETA: Also, even if they changed the draft rules, it wouldn't mean shite. The NCAA would still have to up the scholarship limit. Otherwise every draftable HS kid would go to independant ball or a cheap JUCO. It wouldn't appreciably help college baseball.

Amazing that a thread about college baseball gets hijacked by a bama - LSU game from 2009.
