Yes, but for himself. No point in hurting his draft status.

Not sure what id think of Georgia though.

If I'm Gurley. I say thanks for the memories UGA and start my training for the pros. I'm sorry. He has to think about his future and look out for his family. He was a great UGA Bulldog, but why risk everything for meaningless games? JMO

Heres the point many folks are missing and WHY the NCAA is against the selling by athletes of any merchandise: WHO do you think will spend mega bucks for autographs/signed jerseys etc etc? Boosters that's who! Then once you allow athletes to sell their "likeness" then the big monied schools can recruit players out of high school by telling them so and so booster will buy your autographs and signed merchandise at top dollar and it becomes a bidding war.

They are supposed to be amateur athletes.

Oh yeah. I wish he could play against
Auburn too. But, that's for my selfish reasons.

If I were him, after this situation, I move on and start getting ready for the NFL. I don't think he should be suspended anyway.
