At the least this should count as a forfeit.

No, Florida should be playing in Baton Rouge Saturday or Sunday.

Yes. They are cowards and have brought shame on the sec. They should be kicked out.

They make a tough call to protect their team, coaches, and families and they should forfeit the season? Jeez

How are they protecting them? By making them stay in the path of a hurricane?

As someone who would find LSU losing this game entertaining, I sincerely believe that the SEC should view this incident as a forfeit on Florida's part if their program can not find a way to have this game played. They were given a less-than-ideal but safe option of ensuring this game would not get cancelled, and their administration acted like whiny wimps and refused to take it. I'm sorry Florida fans but that's a fricking forfeit. LSU, SEC, and college football fans are likely going to be robbed of what may be a good game because a coach has so much confidence in his team that he would rather them not play at all than play in death valley. Pathetic. This is why the west is and always will be better than the east.

By keeping them together and possibly evacuate together vs. being split apart for a frickin football game.

They'd all be on the same plane leaving Florida.

So players are supposed to travel back into worse areas of destruction? And wouldn't
T they split up with team mates in that scenario? You know very few of the players are from Gainesville

Only the games against teams they perceive to be better than they are. They'd be okay with that.

Amen brother.

If we can play a game on a Monday and another home game at Arizona State in 2005, Florida can find a day, time and venue that is mutually agreeable.

Seems as though LSU agreed to any scenario involving the game being played and Florida opposed that particular aspect of any potential scenario. Fact is they want no part of LSU.
