The Peach Bowl against Washington? What always makes the SEC special in the post season is our lines. Every Conference generally has fast position players but it's a lot different playing in grass, than on that track. If Washington's QB is on, could that be a concern. Atlanta's offense plays a lot different at home then on the road.

I know, hopefully Matt Ryan and Julio are on their games and we get to the ball to Tevin Coleman in space.

We probably have more speed overall, so it probably works in our favor.

Serious response not trolling. Saban is always concerned about the upcoming games. That is what makes him a great coach. His attention to detail is mainly unrivaled in his game time preparations. The fans of UA might talk a lot of shite when it comes to these games but I guarantee you that Saban and his coaching staff aren't taking anyone lightly. Washington has major disadvantages on the O-Line. And they are built similar to Ohio State on the defense. They are very good in pass coverage but Bama will run a lot on them.

When is the last time a pro-style play action offense gave Alabama real trouble?

Arkansas 2010

LSU actually put up more yards and points that year.

Arkansas - 20 pts, 421 yards
LSU - 24 pts, 433 yards

Not talking trash here but it's true. If you want to crack that defense, you need a mobile QB that's very accurate. Washington has done a great job this year, but I would still see OSU or Clemson as more of a threat than a true pro style Washington. Good luck dropping back in the pocket all night against that pass rush.

Washington and Clemson may be able to exploit the hole left by Eddie Jackson at safety more than any other team. Certainly nobody in the SEC has been able to do that. Eddie Jackson was a very important part of the secondary and the defense as a hole and I think a team with a prolific passing game can still give Alabama problems.

However, I think Alabama's lines will still dominate Washington to the point that the WA QB/receiver possible advantage against Alabama's secondary will largely be neutralized.

Clemson's QB/receivers are more worrisome to me because I feel like Watson's mobility gives him more of a chance to exploit Alabama's secondary.

That dude is always on. And poised.

40 TDs vs 7 INTS this season. With that being said, I don't think Washington could beat Bama.

Ohio State and Clemson are the teams that can challenge Alabama. They have the players and coaches to do it.

That may be your first non troll post. That's a very accurate assessment.

Clemson is the threat. Not Washington, not Ohio State. At the end of the day, DeShaun Watson is the guy that has the skill set to beat Alabama.
