Ok, I am a high school defensive coach. No DC worth his salt wants to be a DC for a HUNH Offense. Way too many 3 and outs only taking off about 30 seconds. Defense is always tired and on the field even if the O scores in 3 plays.

They don't have a bad track record getting high school level coaches like Gus.
