I'm still wtf about this, I'm not sure I even want to know what Madden was thinking. I keep looking at it trying to make it some motion like he was trying to secure it on his foot but no matter how many times I look, it wasn't that, he kicked it off- what in the hell? And then the total bonehead move throwing it back on the court. I just do not understand.

It was chucked from our bench during live action of the game. That's the problem or one of them.

Refs should have stopped the game and allowed him to put his shoe back on. Hogs bench got pissed and took matters into their own hands. Once again, refs should have stopped play allowing him to put his shoe back on.

My question was shouldn't the refs have stopped play after the change of possession to let him put it back on anyway..... regardless the shoe shouldn't have been thrown back on the court. We probably should have gotten a T.
