Exactly. Native Hawaiian and native Alaskan, per census means indigenous not just born there. Therefore the “Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander is correct.
Samoan is not a race.

All of these snowflakes on this board. . .

Earl Campbell is three decades into dealing with serious brain issues and addiction stemming from a few hundred too many head on collisions. His words themselves tell you he's not all there.

It was completely irresponsible for TMZ to publish this nonsense, and it's sad that people use this BS to get on the podium in the victimhood olympics.

Does Joe Burrow know that he’s black?

Guess they need a black coach too. How did that work for them?

Meh, neither sad nor shocking, looks like a Texas thing.

He's entitled to his opinion.

What's almost comical about this extremely unfortunate remark is that Texas only played black QBs the three years of Strong's tenure, and they all struggled. Whereas Sam, despite his terrible game last Saturday, is on pace to break most of the meaningful individual school records at QB at Texas.

Skin color has literally no indication whether you'll be good, at any position. Whether it's QB or punter/kicker.

I’m no LSU fan but Joe Burrow kicked his team’s arse. A fricking racist is racist no matter what color they are.

Well, to be fair, Texas's offense doesn't get the privilege of playing against Texas's defense. Otherwise, Sam's numbers would probably be astronomical

could have been born in the United States state of Hawaii and I would be just as much a native Hawaiian as any Polynesian.

But, being born in Hawaii doesn't give me Polynesian ancestry, because as mentioned, I have Scot ancestry.

Correct. The continent of Africa has an overwhelmingly large population of blacks. But in parts of South Africa and Zimbabwe, there were/are still large communities of European blooded ancestry. Those people would also be considered Africans.

Very few performing at elite levels if you take away the smoke and mirrors. Vince Young for example never performed at a high level as a qb but as runner at the qb position similar to the old days of the single wing.

But to your point on opportunity, there are an even greater number of white corners and rbs that get absolutely no respect and get passed over because of the caste system in place.

Folks want to keep their head in the sand but soon the most blind, brainwashed or cowardly will have admit it. Players dictate to coaches a whole lot more than some realize.

My take on that is that some people are just dumb. No need to get all upset about it.

If a white ex NFL player stated this just the opposite way the media would have a field day.
