We get it. But he should have let Ole Miss and Liberty take care of it. If they did not feel the need, then it is not his job to jump into it. Of all times he needs to keep a low profile.

Lets examine the facts.
1. This womans ALLEGED sexual assault supposedly occurred more than 4 years before Freeze was even hired by Liberty. And it was prior to the AD being there as well.
2. She didn't report it to the police at the time and from what I have seen of her comments online I have zero faith that it even happened. She seems like a total head case.
3. The allegation did not involve an athlete.
4. Despite neither of them being at Liberty at the time and the allegation having nothing to do with the athletic department she was trashing both Freeze and the AD daily on the internet.
5. She admits to tagging Freeze in her Tweets before he responded to her. In my book that's her making first contact not him.
6. I agree it would have been best to just ignore this insane woman but I read what he posted and it was very respectful. Any attempt to classify that as harassment is so ridiculous that anyone espousing such a notion is just revealing themselves as either blissfully ignorant or a deliberate troll.
Freeze definitely comes with some baggage from his Ole Miss days. But it's typical of the times we live in that just reporting the truth is no longer good enough. Nope, everything has got to be embellished and taken to a ridiculous extreme to generate more clicks.

Why give it away to some douche working 3-11 at Circle K when you can bump and grind your team into signing a future first round NFL draft pick.

It is probably not immoral, but it’s against the rules. And it’s because the ones that get caught, we literally know that they broke rules. Not this, well they all do it crap. DOE is investigating because of her claims that the Liberty Honor Code does not differentiate between “rape” or “drinking” in regards to student discipline.
Its a no tolerance policy she is arguing that prevents women from coming forward for fear of discipline themselves. In her case, she was off campus drinking which did violate their Honor Code.
She also claims the honor code fosters a rape culture since it forbids premarital sex. Bit of a stretch
She also complains that Liberty did not advise her to go file a police report, which is one of the thinnest arguments that likely is being used to try and explain away why she never filed a police report. .
She also edited that last DM when she first released it, leaving out the last part of it. She never would release the first DM even though she was heavily pressured on Twitter. It was better for her to keep that and just make it seem like it was nefarious which is what she did.
After the DM was released, I simply posted the screen shot on her Twitter, and said nothing else and she blocked me. She is not happy for some reason those are out. Tells you all you need to know about her.

To be the CEO of a college football team and to feel it it necessary to put this out, just reeks of idiocracy and poor judgement - the same as what he had at OM.
He can very well be a good coach (what he has always shown to be) or a ticking time bomb (again, what he has always shown to be).
