The west stands and presidential suite is way overdue for a renovation.
That has gotta be next on our athletic administration's list after the baseball stadium is complete.

SHHHHH! I'm afraid that's next and I'll be kicked out my seats of almost 30 years since they'll surely go up in $$$$$$.

Nice. I do think that carpet in the next to last picture might give me seizures though.

Completely agree. I've sat in boxes in a couple of different stadiums and have never liked it. I'll take my tickets on the field any day of the week over those.

hell, I agree and i'm over 60. you might as well watch it from home or a sports bar and save yourself the hassle of the traffic. the thrill of going to a game is walking the campus before the game, tailgating and mixing with the crowd during and after the game. sequestering yourself in a private suite, suffering from a mediocre catered meal and viewing from a window or tv sucks. and yes, I've done it once and choose not to again.

Looks like the Lexus suites at Turner Field

I see both sides of the coin.
I would LOVE to sit in a Founders Suite for a game to take in the experience but I do think the suites take you away from a lot of the energy of CFB.
TLDR: I want to have the opportunity to say no. Maybe it can happen one day.

I'm almost with you in age but I sat in the West side club seats once and it was fantastic. Free Buffet, alcohol on sale, roomy chairback outside seat with drink holder, sat about 40 yd line, Seats are in the shade and under cover if it rains. Oh, and very clean restrooms... It was a very good experience.
Contrast that with sitting about 10 rows up from the Tiger sideline on the 40 and I would sit down there every time. You see everything going on with the game, the players, and the coaches. When a coach lites some body up you are there for the front row seat!

What you don't see from those pics is that all of LSU's suites...in Tiger Stadium, Tiger Park, and Alex Box...have both indoor and outdoor seating. Something I think is absolutely necessary.
And another thing is, Tiger Stadium suites are uniformly sized to a max capacity of 30..26 with four extra spaces available for purchase.
I believe that makes them the largest suites available in any stadium.

Alabama's are a little dated compared to some of the new renovations.

Pretty sure LSU's club spaces are the largest in the conference as well. I know both spaces are larger than Alabama's from a convo I had back in February...

The Zone at Bryant-Denny
Stadium Club South
Stadium Club West

I think Neyland Stadium's club spaces might be nearly as large...
