One question, little buddy, the Colts' reply to the complaint TAMU filed in the trademark infringement case is due on Jan 11th. I'm expecting it to be filed on the 8th. I'm not sure just what is in the team's reply, but I do know it is only a matter of time before they let loose with the actual facts. If not in their answer to the complaint, it will all come out soon in their filings.
