I don't give a shite about the band rankings, but anyone who has seen the Pride perform the Circle Drill would understand why they are on the list. I've seen every band perform in this conference, and I would definitly put UT and LSU 1/2 in the SEC.

The only reason Ohio State is on that list is because of that stupid "dotting the i" tradition.
Frankly with the political trend of the Huffington Post I'm surprised to see the Aggie Band on there.

CF would not be the same without the bands.
My favorite SEC bands:
Auburn/Alabama (tie)
Military precision, and love the way they play their respective fight songs
LSU
Love the first four notes in pre-game. Gets your adrenaline up, as do the Golden Girls.
Tennessee
Yeah, they play the same song over and over again, but it is iconic. Love the way the music makes those pretty Tennessee girls do the "Neyland Bob".

Florida's band is playing at the olympics. They're just not big enough to make the list I guess. Their rendition of "Thriller" is always good though.

I like Tenn entrance. Very simply, traditional, no crazy video(although I do like those), just create the T and run through it.

No they shouldn't. LSU, UT, and even AU have better bands. Those bands are better at marching, have more original pregames, and are better in the stands. The MDB is good at playing Yea Alabama and Rammer Jammer but average at everything else. I respect the work you guys put in and I know it isn't your fault. The MDB under Ozello is a shell of what it was under Kathryn Scott and one day you guys will realize that most of the stadium hates Basket Case.
