Good post, and cheers to Pinkel instilling 'old man football' on his team in one quick year second campaign.
Have enjoyed Mizzou's season to date, and their OL/DL nastiness..also enjoy their classy and well-spoken players interviews.

An Atlanta radio sports host yesterday was saying that most long time SEC fans hate that Missouri is playing in this game and will be even more angry if they play for a national championship. I don't know if it's my love of underdogs, but I'm totally digging what Missouri has done this year. If you guys beat my Auburn team today I will still be rooting for an Ohio State loss.
(BTW, I don't consider you an underdog, more of an amazing turn around from last year).

Nice post but if you have ever watched enough SEC football you will know one thing
This game is big to us (SEC). It will not be given to you
And history tells us that when Auburn gets to rolling, We roll down hill. And usually do not stop until the games are over

I couldn't agree more. Thanks to the SEC for the invite. Missouri's football program wouldn't have been where it is today if it weren't for being in the SEC. We would have been floundering in mediocrity in the Bevo 12 playing JV football. You ALL make us step up our game. Good luck to all SEC teams in their bowl games. I and most MU fans will be pullin' for you.

It is nice when your team is flying high. Unfortunately it usually passes all too soon and teams come back down to earth. You guys had a great year, as did Auburn.

I talked to a guy wearing a Mizzou polo yesterday in the ATX airport while charging our phones at the charging station. Said he was heading to ATL for the game & was ecstatic as hell to be in the SEC.
