Serious question...if RR doesn't beat us deep can LSU win?

Obviously...yes you can win, but the title is for arguments sake ok.
We are the only team in the country that can stop LSU's running game with 7 in the box, 2 deep look. We are big and physical. LSU has thrived on establishing the run and going deep to Randle, but in all honesty, thats the only passing game you really have. Nobody has been able to stop the run, and nobody has been able to stop Randle deep yet.
We will stop the run, if we stop Randle deep I think LSU could be in for a long day offensively due to the lack of passing game you have.

What tells you that we have NO passing game? We might not pass a whole lot, but when we do we are very efficient at it. Randle is not the only receiver that has been catching passes. You must not watch our games...

I'm not sure yall can "stop" our running game with 7 in the box. I'm not saying we'll run for 200 yds, but I don't think yall can make us one dimensional with 7 in the box.
That being said, I agree that Randle is key. His ability to demand double coverage should open up things for the other guys.

And neither of those guys will beat us...they'll get their yards but they dont have the ability to beat us like RR deep does.

I disagree with you on us being able to stop your run with 7. You haven't faced the size and physical play that we boast up front. 260 pound linebackers and 330 pound DL.
Going to be a battle.

Please take note of the following:
1. Our defense is as good as yours.
2. Our running game is as good as yours.
3. Our coach is as good as yours.
4. Our qb's are as good as yours.
I'll stop now, because I could do a "as good as yours" on every component of the team.
The bottom line is this. Our teams are pretty much mirror images of each other. The winner of this game is the team that gets the collective breaks. Turnovers. Calls. Capitalizing. Making the other pay for mistakes.
I have no clue who is going to win this game. Like I've said a hundred times, it's the biggest game of my 46 year old life.
I love Nick Saban as a coach, but I'd want no other man currently coaching any level of football over Les Miles in a winner take all, cage match.
Good luck in the game. I mean that too btw. I want to beat Alabma in a game that's not decided by a call, or a wierd arse bounc.

Clearly you haven't been paying attention to the other 6 WR's LSU has available
We play 3 TE
3 FB
and 5 TB
and 2 QB's
Bama best be preparing for a balanced attack, that is plenty deep
