Strongly, strongly dislike the show but I've got to confess that in the say way you can't help but stare at a bad car wreck as you drive past, I've been sucked into Pat Dye's Monday afternoon calls.
Tune in just before Dye and change the station as soon as he goes off.

He is a master troll that knows how to stir up people. He's a lot like the political shows such as Limbaugh and Savage in that a lot of people listen not because they agree but want to hear what he says next and get all bent out of shape over it. He's no more a Bama apologist than he is an Auburn apologist. He's based in B'ham therefore those schools will get the most response.

It's only good when he is interviewing people.
The rest is god awful. The boomo and bugg show that comes on before him in my area is WAY better.

Finebaum is a master troll. He is incredibly insightful/intelligent - but he knows that his bread and butter is letting rednecks go at each other.

I like when he has national commentators/journalists on.

They have more guests and almost zero idiot callers. They know there stuff too. I think it's much more informative than finebaum
