I am not understanding your butt hurt over TM7?
Because it's annoying to watch ESPN turn highlights into "greatest ever" type BS. He's a good player. Top 10 DB in the SEC? Certainly not.

butt hurt because he was more hyped and talented than Bama defensive players.
You just found the answer..

The experts who choose who get on the Heisman ballet, all-american, and Chuck Bednarik Award disagree with you.
I still can't fathom why some can't admit that he was a great player in college.

Literally right after I posted that, he responded confirming it.

Arizona got the biggest steal of the draft. Had he played last year, he would have been a 1st rounder. He will end up doing big things there.

It's the ones who didn't like his mouthiness and think he's a tPOS for smokin dat reefer.
Either way, he's about to be playing a lot in the NFL. And has been running safety with the 1's.
Teague is just butthurt that TM7 is doing well.

He had to change positions because he's too short and slow to play CB.

I have always said he was good and that I'd like to have him on my team. But he's not THAT good.

Yeah the term "butthurt" is definitely overused on this site but it's seems appropriate in this situation.

ESPN didn't rank him. Saturday Down South did.

It's like I'm playing cards with my brother's kids or something.
I know ESPN didn't rank him.

“He was all over the field,” Cardinals coach Bruce Arians said of Mathieu’s performance vs. Green Bay, per the team’s website. “That’s the way he’s been practicing every day.”
Mathieu played slot corner at LSU, and that’s where he was for most of his snaps against Green Bay in preseason Week 1. Arizona immediately began working him out as a safety after drafting him, however, a nod to his versatile ball skills.

Mathieu is a very, very good talent. He could easily be on the list as a top 10 defensive play-maker of the BCS era. He is not, however, an exceptional corner. He's good, but not top 10 of the bcs era.

Man, Mathieu can bring up Cam Newton levels of butthurt

Look another bama fan, So I couldn't find one pic of Millner missing a tackle? Or a ball being caught over him? The butthurt is amazing..

Tyrann Mathieu made his NFL debut look a lot like all of those games he played for LSU before he was dismissed from the program.
He was exhilarating and impossible not to watch. The Honey Badger, just like we remembered him. In the Arizona Cardinals’ 17-0 preseason win over the Green Bay Packers, Mathieu brought it all back to mind:
— There was the jarring hit on a receiver that broke up a sure completion
— There were the special teams plays, two tackles on a kickoffs
— There was a sack
— There was a 24-yard punt return.
And you get the feeling he’s just getting started.
The third-round draft pick is playing all over the secondary in preseason camp, just as he did at LSU. He doesn’t have the physicality or honed skills of some of the better defensive backs in the NFL, but he is instinctive and fearless.
