SEC's going to get embarrassed this weekend........

After 11 straight years of being the consensus #1 conference (including last year) the SEC's reign is going to hit a thud this weekend. Too much synthetic maryjane. Too many guys worrying about their NFL contracts next year. Too many guys who only care about themselves and not their teammates or the fans. Seriously....who's going to win this weekend? Alabama? OK Maybe. LSU? Probably. Michigan's going to murder Florida. That one's going to be ugly. UCLA will probably beat Texas A&M. Tennessee foolishly scheduled a wishbone team for their first game when they're breaking in new starters on defense. Georgia's game against Appalachian St. has got upset written all over it. South Carolina's going to lose to NC St.
Let's face another issue. The coaching in this conference is questionable at best. . LSU, Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia are top notch programs. But Ed Orgeron, Butch Jones, Jim McElwain, and Kirby Smart aren't top notch coaches. I hope I'm wrong but I have a bad feeling about this weekend......and beyond.

Someone hit the bottle a little hard tonight.
I agree the coaching changes weren't all that spectacular on paper. But Mac, Smart, and Ed all still have time to prove themselves before writing any off.

The coaching is dog shite now because the best coaches don't want to be held to the standard of beating Saban just to win the conference. Once-storied programs are scraping the bottom of the barrel and the best coaches are avoiding the SEC.

The one thing I hate about the offseason being over is the onslaught of retards that become motivated to spew their corky bullshite on here thinking we give a frick about what they "think"....have to be able to process thoughts to think. Goddamn idiot, braindead dumbfricks is all they are.

OP is right, at least partially. SEC will lose a fair share of these games, will be a top heavy conference, and not the best this year.

SEC will certainly lose a fair share, but it's because so many of these marquee openers involve SEC teams. It's been that way for the last couple years. It can't be said the SEC plays nobody OOC anymore.
Most of these matchups are coin flips. Yet a .500 record will be used to point out how the SEC is no longer any good.
