Why don't Arkansas and A&M play at home?

I get that they are trying to spread out the good games as evenly as possible but South Carolina/Kentucky is a noon SEC game if I've ever seen one imo

The cupcake OOC games get the 2 earlier spots. At this that is a conference game.

They signed like a 10 year deal with Jerry World before A&M joined the SEC so they kept it IIRC

We had a long contract with Jerry World for the Southwest Classic before the Aggies joined the conference.

I know the kickoff sucks for anyone groving and that atmosphere. But I have to work that Saturday night and thought for sure I would have to miss it. So I'm pumped

A&M and Arky started a 10 year OOC series at JerryWorld back when A&M was still in the Big 12. Both schools were promised gobs of money to do it.

When A&M joined the SEC it royally messed up our home scheduling so Jerry "let" us out of it for two years but then added 6 years on the back end. We are stuck playing at JerryWorld until 2024 b/c of it.

Welp... Verne and Gary it is. That only intensifies my gut feeling that this could be another soulcrushing 1 point loss.

When did we become everyone's Super Bowl? Three night games on the road in a row

Not a bad slate of games at all. UMass doing work on getting paid this season. Taking on two SEC teams

I think they actually play 3 SEC teams.

ETA: Yep, they play Florida, Miss. St, and South Carolina.

Yup, it's always better as a road team to have the early kick IMO.

Fans are nearly as revved up.

That's a good time slot for a visiting team.

You would prefer a night game at Tennessee? I like the time slot. Plus we have the best winning percentage on CBS, think it is up to 72%.
